SHIPPING

We pack and ship orders Monday–Friday from our facility in Durango, Colorado. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on where you live. Rural areas may take a little longer.

If you need something by a certain date, have a special request, or accidentally selected the wrong shipping option, please reach out! Our customer service team is stoked to help whenever we can.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

A couple quick notes:

  • The order total must be over $75 after discounts to qualify
  • Be sure to select the free shipping option at checkout
  • Free shipping orders may take up to 8 business days to arrive after shipping

If something looks off with your shipping selection, just email us—we’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

WHERE WE SHIP

Currently, Farm to Summit ships within the United States.

If you're outside the U.S., you may still be able to find our meals through select retailers or online marketplaces that offer international shipping.

RETURNS

Because we make food products, we can’t accept returns on meals unless they arrive damaged or defective.

That said, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out. We care a lot about making sure you have a great experience with Farm to Summit, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

We offer free shipping on website orders over $75. Orders with discount codes applied must exceed $75 AFTER the discount is applied to receive the free shipping option.

We do not accept returns on food unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you have a return please email shipping@farmtosummit.com. Qualifying returns can be exchanged for new product, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
