Most of us can agree mac and cheese is the ultimate comfort food—rich, satisfying, and always finding a way to hit the spot. This version delivers all of that plus a little Southwestern flair. Around here, green chile has a bit of a cult following (the cool, trendy kind), and for good reason: it adds warmth, depth, and unmistakable flavor that pairs perfectly with cheesy mac goodness. It’s our most popular meal, and one bite makes it obvious why—calorie-dense without feeling heavy, comforting without being boring, and unapologetically craveable.

Egg Noodle (Durum Wheat Flour and Egg), Whole Milk, Yellow Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures and Enzymes, Whey, Buttermilk, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract), Tomato, Fire-Roasted Green Chile, Butter (Sweet Cream, Salt, Nonfat Milk), Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper.

Medium-ish. Green chiles have a mind of their own, so you may get a little kick now and then—but this dish is all about creamy, cheesy comfort with just enough green chile flavor to keep things interesting.

Mac and cheese has a way of fitting no matter how full you are. While it’s calorie-dense, it’s not overly filling, so we recommend not sharing—this one’s too good.
